Tick Tock Timing Tuesdays: What can happen in a year?

By Danny Charbel

Sometimes I can stick to just real estate, but every now and then there’s something that catches my eye and I have to share it with you (my readers).

Twitter’s “business plan” (if we can call it that) was designed to be infectious. It’s a prime example of viral marketing. It makes a promise, it delivers, and it leaves you wanting no more and no less.

Great job Twitter!

What’s more is that now there are companies out there that are monetizing Twitter’s success. Everything from advertising (directly monetizing) to networking (indirect) and building books of business. I know what you’re thinking, and the answer is “yes,” I’m on Twitter and I have amassed quite a following in a relatively short amount of time.

This article discusses Twitter’s explosive growth in the past year. For any endeavor to grow over 1300% in one year, well, that’s newsworthy!

To my readers that own small businesses: what do you do to market and network?
To my clients and customers reading: what would you like to see done? What would get your attention most effectively?
